- 5+ years in GTM, enterprise sales, or growth roles at developer-focused or infrastructure companies
- You can sell to engineering and platform teams, and you can diagram an inference stack
- A record of sourced and closed early enterprise deals at a startup
- Strong written communication — much of the sale is technical and asynchronous
- A builder: you create the process, the tools, and the reporting yourself
- Define and improve positioning and messaging with the founders
- Build and own the enterprise pipeline from first contact to close
- Turn design partners and early customers into case studies and references
- Build the GTM stack — CRM, outbound, and pipeline reporting
- Report customer and market signals into the product roadmap
